This recipe is sort of a hybrid of the many cayenne/lemon/ginger shots that’s been passed around the health and fitness community for decades.
The reason why this said drink is to be a metabolism boost is because it has a lot of ingredients that aid in fat loss. Apple cider vinegar being the most trendy as of late.
A quick google search will tell you that ACV reduces the speed at which glucose (sugar) enters the blood, thereby lowering blood sugar levels.
High blood sugar levels is what causes our body to store fat. I have some friends who will take a spoonful of AVC every morning because of its said benefits, but I imagine that intense burn going down is not very good for our oesophagus! Thats one of the reasons I love this drink so much, it’s a great way to dilute it.
I really hope you enjoy this morning metabolism boost drink as much as I do, and that you reap all the healthy benefits. If anything, know that this healthy little drink is rich with nutrients and fat-burning properties to get your day off to a healthy start
