Ingredients:
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled
- 2 cups frozen peaches
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 apple, cored
- 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups ice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except ice to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Add ice and blend again to combine
- Yields 50 0z
